$129/night + 11% Lodging Tax - 2 night minimum

Summer 2012 Special - $700/Week - 6 nights ($74 savings)

Credit or debit cards accepted through PayPal

We gladly accept checks or cash

No security deposit required

Must be 21 years of age or older to book - please provide photo ID

Maximum Occupancy is 6

50% due at time of reservation; balance due one week prior to arrival

Smoking is NOT permitted

No Pets are permitted (no exceptions)


Check In/Out

Check in 4:00 PM (after hours outside light will be on, lockbox on door)

Check out 12:00 noon (Early check-in or late check-out may be available - determination made one day prior to arrival)


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival date, $50 fee. Cancellations made 16-29 days, fee is one night rental; 15 days or less, automatic forfeiture of rental deposit.  All refunds made by check only.
